Don't even Bother!
I ordered this sofa almost 3 weeks ago and I still have not received it.
I could not tell you anything about the quality of the sofa, but I can tell you that Amazon and the shipper Ceva Logistics are both completely incompetent!
I have tried 3 times to get this sofa delivered and each time it is not delivered because the shippers can't get it right.
Each time I have called customer service I am told something different and my type of shipping has been downgraded each time I call.
I went from being told I would get white glove service and they would set it up in my apartment to being told they would drop it off at the curb and leave it there!
Be aware that if you want to return your sofa...even if they refuse to deliver it.. Amazon will charge you for return shipping and they do not refund your original shipping.
As soon as I get my sofa...if I ever do... I am closing my amazon account and never shopping here again.

Looks Good but Not Practical for washing
The furniture itself looks great and is durable however, the only reason I dared to buy bought white (actually off-white) cushions was that they claim to be machine washable. I've never been able to test this out though because the buttons sewn on each cushion don't allow for the cushion cover to be removed with out unsewing the buttons themselves! So yes, they are probably machine washable but only if you want to cut the buttons off and re-sew them together when you are finished! Not Practical!

Second time around, just okay.
Our first sofa arrived with a badly bent frame. Amazon customer service promptly had it picked up and sent another, which arrived in a few days.
The cushions are lighter than pictured, so we heartily second the scotchguarding another reviewer mentioned. Though the sofa seems sturdy enough for sedate sitting, it's obviously nothing like the quality of the more expensive sets. We don't have young children or large pets, nor is the furniture open to the elements. Any of those things would have made me send it back immediately, as I don't think it would last. Bottom line: If you don't expect it to be of the highest quality, and you police your order carefully for dents and scratches, you should be okay with this sofa.

Quality is lacking...needs weld reinforcements at stress points.
We ordered 2 of the three cushion sofas on 7/19 to create our own
L-shaped seating for our screened-in porch. The gentlemen arrived from Ceva (shipping company) on 7/25, unloaded it off their truck, unpacked it and moved it onto our screened-in porch. They left with the boxes and most of the trash.

We took the rest of the packaging off the sofa frames and the cushions out of the plastic wrap and discovered that we had the wrong "seat back" cushions. They accidentally sent loveseat cushions. (Seat cushions were the correct size.) That was a little annoying, but we were certain that could be taken care of with a quick phone call.

While standing back to appreciate the new look for our screened-in porch, I noticed the left front leg on one sofa seemed off-kilter. On closer inspection, we discovered the weld on the leg was severely cracked. We inspected all the leg welds and found that one leg on the other sofa was also severely cracked. So both sofas were defective. We called the shipping company (Ceva) because the men who had unloaded our sofas had literally JUST left our home. Ceva said we had to work it out first with Amazon. We talked to Amazon who were very apologetic and said they would begin working right away on the return. They offered another set at no additional cost or to return this set with a full refund, including shipping. I think we were waivering at first, but feel that it would be better to spend the 0 on a better quality sofa than get two for this price -- knowing that the welds don't appear to be reinforced at the stress points.

We REALLY want to like this set because they look gorgeous out back. But if the welds aren't reinforced at each stress point, then how long will they last without cracking? Not sure if they were cracked before they shipped or during shipping, but cracking SHOULDN'T be an issue.

Very please with quality
This is the first time that I've bought something online where I've had to rely on the reviews of others. Wasn't sure what I was getting into. But I have to say that I am completely surprised and satisfied with the quality! I ended up buy the loveseat as well as the lounge chairs, ottoman, the dining table and 6 chairs. I have a whole new outdoor 'room' for a fraction of the price of buying from Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn or C&B. I looked at the furniture for all of those and feel that the quality of this is just as good. Yes I agree that the cushions are not really that great fabric wise, but you can buy new cushions with the savings
