Best Deal In Years
I was going to rent 9 ft umbrellas for a party I had at my house. The price for the rental was about the same price as the actual umbrella from Amazon.
I purchased 3 or 4 umbrellas and was set for the party. The quality of the umbrella is pretty good and the umbrellas have lasted 2 years. I make sure to take them to the shed and cover them up during the fall and winter months.

Great umbrella-much better than more expensive ones I tried!
This umbrella is wonderful! It looks great, it works great, and held up great in a wind, rain and hail storm. We had previously purchased much more expensive umbrellas and were not satisfied at all. My only regret is that it is not available right now because I would purchase another one.

Affordable and Attractive
Amazon recently ran this for .70, including super saver shipping. I had looked extensively in brick and mortar stores, and this umbrella for that price cannot be purchased in those places. The cost will be more like double at best. The umbrella opens and closes easily, which I appreciate. The metal construction is definitely welcome; my last one was wood and warped in one season. The thing I like best is that it looks so much more expensive, and it is very sturdy as well. I will update this review later as to how the umbrella frame and fabric withstand the extremely hot weather we get from July through October. I bought the green one, and the color is dark, and just what I wanted.

Better than my expectations!
Needed quick shade for an upcoming Summer patio party, but didn't want to break the bank. With free prime shipping, arrived in 2 days, dropped it into our patio table and BAM! Easy peezy and the green is such a beautiful color, Sure to save at least 6 friends from sunstroke this weekend. Looks much more expensive tham 40 bucks and no problems with the crank at all! Actually went on to buy another one as soon as it arrived and "out of stock" (for good reason too-best buy in my book).

fabulous deal
I lost the tree that provides shade to my deck, so I ordered this umbrella. I was surprised at the size! It is quite a large umbrella, very sturdy and has a vent at the top to prevent the wind from swooping it out of its moorings. Nearly all the market umbrellas this size that I priced were far more costly and were not made of metal. This umbrella has a hand crank which is great if you don't want it fully extended.
